Everything you might want to know about how we work, and whether we're the right fit.
We're an advisory firm run by operators, not consultants. In eight weeks we work out where your business is losing money or leaving it behind, then hand you a fix, what it costs, and the ROI. If it's worth building, we build it. If it isn't, we say so.
Founders and owners who won't stop growing, especially the ones who've hit a wall that looks like the ceiling but isn't. If you can see where you want to go but not how to get there, or you know the path but can't free up the people to walk it, that's us.
A consultancy hands you a deck. An agency hands you deliverables. We do neither on its own. We work out the real problem, tell you exactly what to do, and if it's worth it, build it with you. We've run, turned around, and sold real companies, so we stay until it actually works, not until we've invoiced.
It's eight weeks: eight weekly sessions with all three partners, for RM36,000. Weeks 1 to 4, we learn how the business actually runs and where the money is leaking. Weeks 5 to 7, we design the fix and run the numbers. Week 8, you get one report: what we found, whether you're ready, what to build, what it costs, and what it's worth. No lock-in. The week we stop being worth it, walk away and we refund every session you haven't used. Building the fix is a separate call, only if the numbers justify it, and the first conversation is on us.
Every fix has to pay for itself inside 12 months. We take the yearly savings or new revenue, subtract our fee and the build cost, and show you the ROI before you commit. If it takes longer than a year to pay back, we tell you not to build it, and we tell you why. You can run your own numbers on our ROI page.
